• Payment of Downloaded Application Form will be made at the time of submission of Application Form at the college counter. (Rs. 100/- each).

• Documents to be produced at the time of admission :
  • Original admit card of Madhyamik or any other age proof certificate.
  • Original Mark Sheet of Class X level.
  • Original Mark Sheet of Class XII level.
  • Original S.C./S.T. Certificate (For S.C or S.T. candidate).
  • Original Migration certificate, wherever applicable.
• Documents to be attached with the form :
  • All Photo copies duly attested as mentioned in Item No.4.
  • One recent stamp size photograph of the candidate to be pasted on the form.
• All forms should be properly filled up, otherwise it will be cancelled.

• A minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate with 45% marks in the subject or related subjects at the previous qualifying examination in which that subject is included.

OR

• 55% marks in the subject or related subjects at the previous qualifying examination.
• SC or ST candidates having 40% marks in aggregate or 40% marks in the subject or related subjects in herprevious qualifying examination are eligible to apply in Honours courses.

N.B. :
Students of CBSC & ICSE Board having at least 45% marks in five subjects are eligible to take admission in General Courses.

  12th June 2013 upto 3:00 P.M. (Honours & General).

• Students who will appear in English (Honours). Admission Test, will take the following papers :
  • Admit Card of Previous Examination
  • Counter part of the Admission Form.

Following the admission test, a brief personal interview will be held as.

Admission will be going on till seats are available.

At the time of Admission following steps are to be taken properly by the students :

• Step 1 : Forms to be taken from the counter
• Step 2 : Form verification by college staff
• Step 3 : Signature by Principal/In-Charge
• Step 4 : Deposit original Mark sheet of Higher Secondary and Collection of Fee slip From Cash Counter.
• Step 5 : Deposit Fees at Central Bank of India (Lake Town Branch beside the college)
• Step 6 : Collection of Mark sheet of Higher Secondary and Roll No, College I.D. number from Cash Counter, after depositing the fees.

A candidates shall be allowed to take up the subject under the heading (A) if she passed the subject(s) in the previous qualifying examination, under heading (B) :
